1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application Naam Jap: 108 Japa Mala Counter (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lokesh Kumar Jain / Darpo ('Developer', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

2. License to Use the Application

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and execute the App on compatible Android mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial devotional chanting, prayer, and meditation practice.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Devotional Content

The App software, user interface design, tactile haptic feedback curves, synthesized temple chime sound synthesizers, and digital visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer.

Traditional sacred mantras (such as Sri Radha, Hare Krishna Mahamantra, Sri Rama Nama, and Om Namah Shivaya) belong to the timeless spiritual heritage of Sanatan Dharma and humanity.

4. Assistive Nature of the Application

Naam Jap is an assistive tool created to help devotees maintain regular chanting discipline (sadhana) through counting, haptic sensory cues, and daily reminders. Spiritual progress and devotion remain personal endeavors of the practitioner.

5. Warranty Disclaimers

The App is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for flawless performance, precision haptic accuracy, and offline resilience across all supported Android versions, we do not warrant that operation will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted on heavily customized manufacturer ROMs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App, including any loss of locally saved streak or counting data resulting from device reset or uninstall.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to improve, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms.
